noun
[masculine] /sɔlɛj/
sun [noun] any of the fixed stars
“Do other suns have planets revolving around them?”
“ According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the word sun comes from many sources, including the Latin sol. The Old English sunne likely derives from the old Germanic sunne; both attached a feminine gender to the “heavenly body.” There exist several variants of the word in other languages, such as zon or zonne (Dutch), sunna (Old High German, Gothic, and Old Norse), and sonne and son (Middle German). An Old Irish cognate is fur-sunnud, or “lighting-up.”
Conforming to usage of the Old English sunne, the feminine pronoun continued to be applied to the sun until around the 16th century. At this point, the masculine pronoun was more commonly used but “without necessarily implying personification,” and without any hard or fast rules. (The moon, on the other hand, was typically referred to with the feminine pronoun during this period.) ”

i’m only now learning how to fly it…
i think a common thread in my work is a sort of… bittersweet nostalgia?
for a time that hasn’t happened yet.
that may never happen.
but what if?
🙄
“We get it, you’re an artist.. Can you stop transmuting things for a sec and help me figure out dinner?”
and i don’t think i wanna wait one day- longer…
When i create, it’s a process of discovery, .. raw, emotive, visceral, relaxed, nostalgic.. we like to feel here.
feel me?
i am inspired by digital and psychedelic experiences and aesthetics. my creative process is very fluid… sometimes it feels like the art makes itself. i think that’s why it can produce feelings you can’t quite describe, memories of places you’ve never been..
Sometimes i just make stuff cause it looks cool.
i love what i do more than i really know how to express.
if cloud nine is around, i’ll find it…
& i hope you will too <3
